Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation call. • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation call, the client will be charged 50% of the consultation fee. • If the client does not show up for the scheduled consultation call or cancels within 2 hours of the scheduled time, the client will be charged the full consultation fee. • If the Consultant is unable to attend the scheduled consultation call, the client will be notified as soon as possible and the consultation call will be rescheduled at the client's convenience. • In the case of a rescheduling, the client will not be charged any additional fees. • By purchasing a consultation call, the client agrees to this cancellation policy. • If the client wishes to cancel the consultation call, they should contact the consultant via email or phone call to inform the cancellation.
